‌Inconel 600 bolts

Inconel 600 is a specialized nickel-chromium alloy. It is engineered for service from cryogenic temperatures up to elevated levels near 2000°F (1093°C). The high nickel content helps the material maintain excellent resistance to reducing environments. The chromium content provides superior resistance to oxidizing compounds.
Our manufacturing process ensures that all hardware conforms strictly to standard industry designations. This includes alloy 600 hex head bolts, uns n06600 hex bolts, and din 2.4816 hex head bolts.
Key Benefits of Alloy 600 Fasteners
  • Oxidation Resistance: Resists dry chlorine and hydrogen chloride gases at high temperatures.
  • Stress Corrosion Cracking: Virtually immune to chloride-ion stress corrosion cracking.
  • Mechanical Properties: Maintains high strength and structural integrity under extreme heat.
  • Versatile Sizing: Available as standard bolts and smaller nickel alloy 600 hex screws.

As manufacturer,we control quality of every step in processing

Manufacturing hardware from nickel-chromium alloys requires advanced equipment and deep technical expertise. Because Inconel 600 work-hardens rapidly during machining, our production floor relies on specialized tool geometries and precise thermal controls.
1. Premium Raw Material Selection
We source certified round bars that comply strictly with international material standards. Our inventory includes ASTM B166 UNS N06600 hex bolts raw stock and ASME SB166 Alloy 600 heavy hex bolts feedstocks. Every batch undergoes strict material testing to verify a minimum 72% nickel composition
2. Cutting and Forging
    • Cold Heading: Used for smaller diameter M3 to M56 Inconel 600 fastener dimensions to increase production speed.
    • Hot Forging: Used for large-scale ASME SB166 Alloy 600 heavy hex bolts. The material is induction-heated to optimal forging temperatures to form the bolt head without introducing internal defects.

3. Precision Threading
Depending on the engineering blueprint, bolts are directed to specialized thread-rolling or thread-cutting lines:
    • Inconel 600 DIN 933 fully threaded bolts: Threaded from the flat end right up to the underside of the hex head. Ideal for tension applications.
    • Inconel 931 partially threaded hex bolts: Feature an unthreaded shank below the head for superior shear strength in structural joints.

4. Machining and Finishing
The bolt heads are machined into exact dimensional shapes. This process creates high-tolerance high temperature Inconel 600 hex head cap screws. The hardware is then cleaned and passivated to maximize its native anti-corrosion properties.
