Incoloy 926 is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy, mainly used to withstand high temperatures, corrosion, oxidation and other conditions in harsh environments. Incoloy 926 alloy contains a high proportion of nickel (about 42-46%), in addition to chromium, iron, molybdenum and a small amount of other elements such as copper, silicon and titanium. Due to its excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, Incoloy 926 is widely used in many fields such as chemical industry, petrochemical industry, electric power, marine engineering, etc.
Incoloy 825 alloy is a high-Ni, high-corrosion-resistant nickel-based alloy that has extremely high corrosion resistance to both oxidizing and non-oxidizing acids.
Incoloy 825 alloy is rich in Cr, Mo, and Cu, and has good overall corrosion resistance to both oxidizing and non-oxidizing acids. It is particularly resistant to sulfuric acid. Due to the high content of Cr, Mo, and Ni, it has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in chloride environments
INCOLOY800H is an austenitic heat-resistant alloy widely used in high-temperature pressure-bearing structural parts. The high strength of 800H/HT is mainly due to the addition of carbon, aluminum, and titanium elements, and annealing at a minimum temperature of 1149°C to achieve a grain size of ASTM 5 or coarser.
It has excellent resistance to oxidation, atmospheric corrosion and stress corrosion cracking, and has high resistance to local corrosion (pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion).
Hastelloy G30 is widely used in wet phosphoric acid production
Hastelloy C2000 is a new type of Ni-Cr-Mo alloy. Compared with the traditional C4 alloy, it greatly improves its corrosion resistance in oxidizing and reducing media by increasing the chromium content and introducing copper elements. Although its intergranular corrosion resistance is slightly lower than that of C4, Hastelloy C2000 has important application value in the chemical industry and highly corrosive environments due to its wider range of protective properties.
Alloy C-276 (UNS N10276, W.Nr. 2.4819) can be used in many chemical processes with both oxidizing as well as reducing media. The highchrome and molybdenum concentrations make the alloy resistant to chloride ion attacks
Hastelloy C22 is a high nickel alloy with high chromium and molybdenum content and excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing, reducing and oxidizing-reducing media.
Hastelloy C22 alloy has amazing resistance to various chemical environments. It cannot be corroded by strong oxidizing substances or humid hydrogen, hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide solutions. Its metallographic structure is a face-centered cubic lattice structure, which gives it the ability to resist chloride ion erosion and maintain good corrosion resistance.
Hastelloy C-4 is an austenitic low carbon nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy. The main difference between Hastelloy C-4 and other alloys of similar chemical composition developed earlier is the low carbon, silicon, iron and tungsten content. Such chemical composition makes it show excellent stability at 650-1040℃, improves the ability to resist intergranular corrosion, and can avoid edge line corrosion sensitivity and weld heat affected zone corrosion under appropriate manufacturing conditions.
Hastelloy B-3 is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy composed of nickel, molybdenum, cobalt and other elements. The nickel content is about 65%. It is a new material improved on the basis of Hastelloy B2. It improves the thermal stability of the material, thereby enhancing the corrosion resistance, while improving the hot forming and cold forming properties. It is widely used in the production and manufacturing of chemical equipment.
